The recently popular Toshiba air fryer toaster oven recipe, every one of which is my favorite!
1. Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with Shrimp and Chicken
Ingredients: Chicken breast, shrimp, potatoes, carrots, garlic, scallops, pumpkin, asparagus, mushrooms.
Method:
(1) Cut chicken breast into pieces and add cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper sauce, and starch to marinate for half an hour;
(2) Marinate shrimp with cooking wine and black pepper salt for a while;
(3) Cut vegetables into small pieces, mix with black pepper and salt, and add an appropriate amount of olive oil to marinate for ten minutes;
(4) Preheat the Toshiba air fryer, first lay a layer of potato chips and pumpkin and carrot slices, then add chicken and shrimp. Bake the fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and turn it upside down. Expose the vegetable chunks to the surface, and by this time, the chicken and shrimp are already cooked and placed at the bottom;
(5) Spread asparagus and mushrooms (these two vegetables are easy to ripen and can be placed on the edge) and continue roasting for 10 minutes.
2. Cheese shrimp
Ingredients: Egg tart skin, prawns, crushed cheese.
Method:
(1) Peel the shrimp heart and remove the shrimp thread;
(2) Divide an egg tart skin into two parts, roll thin slices, and place shrimp on top, then add chopped cheese. Toshiba air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn over the middle and bake for another 5 minutes;
(3) Dip it in tomato sauce, it's not greasy and super delicious!
3. Fried hairtail
Method:
(1) Wash and cut the hairtail into sections, and marinate for 20 minutes. The secret recipe for marinating is ginger, scallions, cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. The hairtail itself has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt;
(2) Toshiba air fryer mat with a layer of tin foil and place the hairtail at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, turning it upside down. If you want to be more focused, extend the time.
