The airbnb, dubbed the "Black Beauty," is located on a wooded lot in Leander, TX, about 30 minutes outside of Austin's downtown area.

The three-story home, which was built in the 1990s using a geodesic dome home building kit, was completely renovated in 2020.  The 3,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five beds, three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 guests. . An observation tower and a wraparound deck with views of the trees are among the notable features.

It is stated that when designing the Geodome, the architects wanted to combine contemporary design with natural elements, so that residents can always enjoy natural sunlight and feel as if they are surrounded by peace and serenity throughout the house. “The Geodome's vaulted ceilings, combined with its numerous windows, make it the ideal home for people who enjoy nature but prefer to do so from the comfort of a modern residence. ”

Ex-guests have left dozens of positive comments on the vacation rental's Airbnb page, praising the photogenic surroundings.Out of the Japanese forest, seven dome-shaped glamping tents emerge.

In January 2021, Lauren, who stayed at Dan's geodome home, wrote: "Dan's geodome home is absolutely breathtaking, was sparkling clean, and was truly a gem of a place for us to ring in the new year and the end of 2020 together. "”The furniture, mid-century modern decor, and thoughtfully placed fun decor touches throughout the house were absolutely beautiful.  It was the Bond print featuring Sean Connery that caught our attention the most.  As for the sunset, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to watch it at sunset from the 360 observatory tower.

Dan, the Airbnb's gracious host, was praised by one satisfied guest.

Dan holds the title of "Superhost" on Airbnb, which is reserved for those who are considered to be a cut above the rest of the competition.  They have a rating of 4. 8 or higher on TripAdvisor, a cancellation record of zero, and a response rate of at least 90 percent.
