Expedition Basics

When exploring the Atlas, you might notice specific maps marked with Expedition icons. These maps contain Expedition encounters where the adventure begins.

Upon entering an Expedition map, you'll meet one of four NPCs - Rog, Dannig, Tujen, or Gwennen - who stand near a burial site dotted with Monster Markers, Remnants, and Chest Icons.

Utility Disabling Effects: Certain Remnants can disable leech or evasion, severely hampering survivability.
Runic Monsters Duplication: An excellent modifier that doubles the number of Runic Monsters - the source of rare Artifacts and valuable loot.
