How to Unlock More Cosmetics
Last Epoch’s cosmetics primarily come from the in-game store, purchased with premium currency called Epoch Points. These points can be bought in bundles (e.g., 50 points for $4.99) or obtained through Supporter Packs that include multiple cosmetics and points. Unlike some ARPGs, Last Epoch does not have a transmogrification system where you unlock skins by finding loot; cosmetics are mostly tied to purchases or special events.
Twitch Drops and Events
Last Epoch also offers limited-time cosmetics through Twitch Drops. By watching participating Last Epoch streams on Twitch during specific events, players can earn exclusive skill cosmetics and titles for free. To receive these, you must link your Twitch and Last Epoch accounts, watch streams for the required time, claim the drops on Twitch, and then log into the game to access them in your cosmetic inventory buy Last Epoch Gold.
Limitations
Currently, cosmetics are only accessible in Online Mode. If you play Offline, your cosmetics will not appear, even if you have purchased or unlocked them. This has been a point of concern within the community.
