Judgment - 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 % chance to consume Conviction Buff to gain Judgment Buff for 6 seconds. This buff increases mana recovery by 100% and reduces skill cooldowns by 15%. There is a 30-second internal cooldown for Conviction and Judgment when the buffs are first applied.

You can use a Skill rune by first opening your Combat Skills page using the “K” hotkey as default. Choose which skill you want to use your rune on, and click it. Then on the right side of the UI, you will be able to select with Skill Rune you want to use with that skill and click Apply.
